I haven’t seen the chat option for support available for a long time. It give hours and days of the week on the website, but there isn’t a choice to start a chat session. I used to use that feature quite a bit. Is that feature going away? I did submit a trouble ticket last week on Wednesday for a migration question but I never received a response.
The option to chat with our support team is there right now, and as far as I know hasn’t changed in awhile. Are you using any browser extensions that may block third party plugins?
Give it a shot in another browser and let us know. The button should be in the bottom right of the page.
