I’ve been searching for days on the forum without luck, so I figured it was time to make a post myself to maybe address the topic.
I can’t seem to be able to add Sunricher products correctly into ST. They show up as a “Zigbee Thing”, and as far as I can tell, after the new IDE and everything, there is no obvious workaround for this? At least not as I have managed to find.
So my question here is, does anyone here know a workaround for getting ahold of drivers for Sunricher products?

The product I’ve tried is the 4 group Zigbee switch from Sunricher: https://www.sunricher.com/single-color-wall-mounted-4-groups-zigbee-push-button-remote-sr-zg9001k8-dim.html
I’ve tried from several distributors, just in case one of them had a version that actually had a functioning fingerprint, but no luck.

The zigbee-switch-power-v5 Edge driver from @Mariano_Colmenarejo supports the following Sunricher devices:

  • Micro Smart Dimmer
  • HK-SL-DIM-A

You can subscribe to his channel here and select the driver I mentioned if either of those devices matches yours. If not, post in (EDGE Driver-Mc): Zigbee Switch Mc, Zigbee Switch Power Mc, Zigbee Multi Switch and Child Mc with your device info and ask for it to be added to his driver.

Hey, thank you for the reply! Are we still able to install new drivers ourselves? Thought this feature went extinct early july?
If it’s still possible, do you happen to have any links for the procedure :slight_smile:

You have to enroll your hub suitable channel from link
Install the driver you need on your hub
Put your device in pairing mode
In the App add a new device with the option to search nearby.
If the device is compatible with the driver, it will pair and appear in the room where you have the Hub.
If it does not pair or does not work correctly, it is possible
that the fingerprints, manufacturer and model are not collected in the driver.

Hi @RGT

According to the device link you posted it is a multi button and not a multi switch.

I think, It doesn’t work with my driver.

You can pair it with my Zigbee thing Mc driver with the instructions in the previous post to see the fingerprints and clusters it uses

You should try to add it to a multibutton driver like @erickv driver

What went away was the ability to install groovy DTHs (device type handlers) from the old architecture.

Their replacement is Lua Edge Drivers for the new architecture, and installing those works fine, but the process is different.

It sounds like you might find the community FAQ helpful.

FAQ: I have no idea what Edge is. Is that a new developer tool? (2022)

Thank you all very much for the great help in this matter! And sorry for my lack of response.
The suggested drivers didnt work, but there are some drivers for this type of product, as I see ROBB has the same button panel from Sunricher https://www.robbshop.nl/draadloze-zigbee-schakelaar-met-8-knoppen
Now I must admit I haven’t tested it myself but they say its compatible with ST

Yes that’s right, got the terms mixed up there. I saw you did a driver for the Z-wave version of this. Are you planning on doing one for the Zigbee version as well? :slight_smile:

Sorry, I don’t plan to make zigbee multiple button drivers, I don’t know how to handle them.

Hello.
Trying to find the right place to post, I hope this is it.
Using Sunricher Smart Outlet.
It installs in ST (app and Aeotec Hub), however just as a Zigbee Switch - with the possibilty to control just ONE outlet, instead of five.
Have tried different driver without success (not recognized by the device when reinstalled)
Zigbee Multi Switch and Child Mc
Zigbee Switch Mc
Zigbee Switch Power Mc

The modell is: Sunricher Smart Outlet (SR-ZG9023A-EU)
Zigbee profile: 0x0104 ZHA
Device ID: 0x000A (plug-in-unit)

Any support or advice is most appreciated

Is there any experience of other Sunricher products.
Such as the remote DIM CCT RGB 3 in 1 Zigbee Remote SR-ZG2868?

Or the wall mounted remote controller DIM Single Color 2 Groups Zigbee Wall Mounted Remote Controller SR-ZG9001NK4_DIM?

With experience, does it work with SmartThings?
Any info is most appreciated…
