Stuck on setting up yor hub

While setting up my hub it keeps getting stuck on the app at setting up your hub, I’ve been on chat with Samsung and still have the same problem.
After checking my router I’ve seen this and wounded if it has anything to do with it:

Any help would be received great fully

Where exactly is it getting stuck? What is the LED on the front of the Hub doing? Is it a solid green?

Hi Brad, just after you put the welcome code in and it displays setting up your hub, the hub lights are solid green.
