Is Home Monitor down?

When I click the edit/settings icon to change device configuration it responds with “There was a problem connecting. Try again later” and has been like this for several days.

It otherwise appears to work (arms, disarms and alarms etc), just can’t change the configuration.

Edit: This is using iOS app in case it’s related to other on going issues

Edit2: I may have just answered my own question as it works from the web dashboard so must be an app issue (you’d think Samsung has something against Apple users :smiling_face_with_tear:)

It certainly isn’t down in the UK from an Android phone.

Only a problem when you try to edit the devices, and appears to be isolated to the iOS app.

report the issue to ST support.

it is another iOS app bug with the latest release.

Yes. I reported via the app and was able to change the sensors using the web dashboard.
