Is anyone else having issues with STHM and presence via phone? Mine reports everyone has left, but does not report or change mode when someone arrives. Any ideas on how to fix?
Yes I had this exact issue. Had to update my presence but it still doesn’t seem to be working all the time. I’ve been in contact with smart things tech support and they’ve been no help.
