Support is working on this and I’m waiting on a answer. I will update this if and when it is fixed. I have read a few other posts with different thermostats having this problem also.
Stelpro KI Zigbee Thermostat using Zigbee Thermostat Edge Driver can’t set temperature to 65F or 67F
@Realpickle do you have Stelpro’s using the same driver that are working correctly? I migrated all 14 of mine and they all behave the same way.
I have 7 Stelpro stzb402 with firware version :2.3.10-1 working good and an ôther one with exactly thé Same firmware and only shows the ambien température whith the app and able to set the heating température with the up and down touch directly on thé thermostat

Sorry for my bad english… i have try to exclude and factory reset… nothing works …

I factory reset all of mine when I migrated them. Didn’t help.
I call Stelpro they tells me thé thermostat is defect… si They replace it whith a new one and did exactly the Same !! So we have a problem

Hey there just stumbled onto this thread after my Stelpro’s were auto-migrated to the Zigbee Thermostat driver the other day, did you ever hear back from support?
Have you looked into use a community driver at all? I am wondering if [Beta] ) Edge Driver Zigbee Temp Sensor and Thermostat Mc: will work
The last time I heard from ST after opening the case was on 2/3/23 and they said they were still trying to assign a developer to look into it. Emailed them again a few days ago and they never answered the email. They have never fixed a single issue that I have opened a ticket for over the years. At this point I have realized that I have to fix everything myself or it will stay broke. Someone did suggest that driver to me but I just haven’t had time to try it. If you try it and it works, please let me know. For now I just changed my turn back temperature to 64 instead of 65.
This driver does not work with real thermostats.
It works with temperature sensors and creates a virtual Thermostat.
@Mariano_Colmenarejo Can the Edge Driver Zigbee TempSensor and Thermostat Mc be used for a standalone thermostat or do you need a Temp sensor? If it can can you add the fingerprints of the device below. The problem with the stock driver is that you cant set the temperature to 65 or 67 F. I think because the driver tries to use a decimal point like 65.2 and the thermostat uses whole numbers. I also posted the logs that Smartthings had me send them that shows the issue.

@nayelyz any update on this, it seems the Zwave Stelpro’s were having the same issue and I see someone was working on it. How about the Zigbee version, ST is auto migrating them now and more people are having the same issue now.
Hi @mlchelp
Could you try this driver version for your thermostat?
───────────────────────────────────────────────────
Name Zigbee Thermostat Mc
Version 2023-02-18T15:54:51.831614748
───────────────────────────────────────────────────
Mariano, yes and thank you. I will try it when I get home tonight.
Mariano, thank you. It works perfectly. No more decimal point when changing the temperature and It works for the 2 temperatures that didn’t work 65 and 67. Much appreciated.
Yes thank you @Mariano_Colmenarejo I am now using your zigbee driver
Turns out only one of my 8 thermostats were zigbee, the other 7 are the stelpro zwave
I wonder if I could use the ZWave Thermostat Mc edge driver ?
The exact same issue happens to these as to the zigbee?
I have seen that for Z-wave they made a change in the production code for these thermostats in the adjustment of the heat set point
I wasn’t getting the same error for zwave as zigbee. I have updated to use your drivers across the board. Thank you again
