I’m sure other states have similar programs, but this is for Massachusetts. I finally got around to having the folks at mass save come by my house. They provided free led bulbs for every light in the house (since half were already filled, this was about $300 worth) in addition to providing the rebates on their website (new fridge, connected thermostat, hot water heater, etc).
You’ve already paid for this with your tax dollars so might as well take advantage of it.
