ST Sensibo automation not working

Hi all! I currently have 2x Sensibo AC wifi controllers that are linked to both ST and my google home. These work find when operating through the ST app (Android).
The issue I have is that if I create an automation that is linked to a ST sensor, whilst it does seem to trigger the Sensibo, it doesn’t actually turn it on.

Eg. Turn Lounge AC ‘on’, then front door (sensor) opens. The automation works and I can see the Sensibo light up and beep, but the AC doesn’t seem to action anything.

Again, I go into the ST app and turn the AC on, it works right away.

Any ideas/suggestions? I really want to have this automation work from a temp of a sensor upstairs where my baby is sleeping.

Did you ever get this to work? My Sensibo does the same thing, when the ST temp sensor triggers the automation, the Sensibo sends the message to the (Daikin) AC, I hear a brief ‘beep’ and nothing happens.

Hi!
No I didn’t unfortunately. To be honest I haven’t tried it again in a long time but if you are still getting the same thing then I think I’ll get the same result.
So frustrating as it’s clearly getting the messages through…so close!
