ST Power Outlet Phantom On / Off

Hi, have my TV connected to a ST power outlet for on/off. My partner has been telling me it keeps turning itself On or Off for no reason. I have just noticed this behaviour without any command being given.

In the event log it says: APP_COMMAND: on

Can anyone tell me what might be at fault? The smartthings app is installed on 3 android devices.

It sounds like you have a SmartApp doing something. Have you checked the SmartApp tab for the device in the app to make sure?

I had a look all looked normal, but I removed the smart panels link, there was a logitech harmony call but wasn’t doiing naything. I will try removing that as well and see if it fixes. Thanks
