What I have is some RGB lights running from a RasaPi using Christmas light software for fish tank lighting, maybe more if this works. This system can remotely run scripts for different lighting effects from an internal IP address link.
What would be optimal is to create a virtual switch in ST (got that part) and use webcore to trigger the scripts. ie: if switch changes to on, go to X web address. If changes to off, go to Y web address. Is this possible?
My system also has capability of MQTT but I know nothing about it and I think that would just over complicate things.
