I live in Canada and I could link my ecobee thermostat to the ST hub and the app shows the thermostat and the aux temperature sensor. I recently bought a wired ecobee video doorbell and it is integrated with my thermostat and they work well. The ecobee app shows the doorbell as well.
Tho I refreshed and relinked my ecobee account with my ST hub, the ST app does not show the doorbell.
So, is there anybody to know what the issue is?
The Ecobee Video Doorbell does not appear under the Supported devices list when you choose the brand Ecobee. You can find this list when you tap on Menu in the app. In the Brands section tap on View All.
Since Ecobee is responsible for the integration of their devices to ST (cloud to cloud)… you should contact their Support to see if they intend to add it to their list of Supported devices in the future.
