@tyler1 I am a brand new ST customer – my starter kit is on its way to me in the mail. But despite the “5% off for your first order” deal that splashes on the ST website, they charged my credit card without giving me the 5% off. I have emailed shop@ multiple times, and even tried support@ hoping someone will care. As a brand new customer I am already not impressed with my ST experience and I haven’t even hooked up the hardware yet!
I’m sure they will take care of you. Since V2 rollout their response time has been a bit long.
This post got attention and they have issued the 5% credit.
On a side note regarding the white bar in the picture covering your email, if you are that worried about keeping it a secret to go to lengths of adding a white bar I would remove the image altogether since it isn’t that hard to decipher.
