I am in the process of trying to install multiple ST V3 hubs in our condo complex along with Schlage BE469 locks for the different owners. On numerous occasions when trying to connect the hub directly to the router, it doesn’t recognize the router and wants to connect to itself by saying the following: “SmartThings want to join Wi-Fi Network st-hubv3-052”. The router is using WPA3 password protection. I then disconnect the cable, reboot the ST hub and try connecting without the cable over WiFi. It doesn’t show me any WiFi signals in the room even though my cell phone and laptop are connected to the correct WiFi network with strong signal. I get the same message and a long “Verifying code”. I then get the message that the hub is offline. Any ideas?
