Hub is connected to network (I’ve tried Ethernet and WiFi) and get solid green light.
Will not find any devices. (Not even aeotec smart switch 6)
brand/model of devices you are attempting to add? zigbee, z-wave, matter or cloud to cloud? firmware version of hub?
v3 hub. Aeotec Smart Switch 6
does the light on the hub change to blinking green when you go to pair?
also, perform a z-wave exclusion on the aeotec devices and then try to pair them? open hub tile in app, tap on 3 dots in the upper right, choose settings and go to z-wave utilities.
if still having issues, login to the Advanced Web App and check if the z-wave radio is functional.

Having issues with phone app. Keeps getting stuck. e.g. tried to connect Meross device. Now can’t get out of Meross page. Tried to create Meross account and link to ST. Just says “error” when I try to link.
Green light on hub flashes.
Don’t know how to tell if Z-Wave radio is functional.
force quit the app.
try changing the default browser on your phone and try linking your Meross account.
in the AWA, go to the hub section, tap on your Hub’s name, go to the Characteristics section and look if z-wave is available. I bet it will be but just checking,
Smartthings app on phone (Google 7a) keeps hanging. I have to force quit every time I burrow down 'cos I can’t get back. When I try to connect a device phone app hangs on Prepare your device page. Can’t get out of that page without force quitting app.

I had better let the android users in the community step in and offer assistance. I’m an iOS user. My first thought is try installing an slightly older version of the ST app from an APK site… but I am not certain.
The Aeotec Smart Switch 6 is a Z-Wave device. You need to exclude it before it will add. In app go to hub, open hub, click 3 dots in upper right, select setting, Z-Wave utilities and exclude. Then follow the mfg. instructions to exclude device.
For Meross devices, add them to Meross app, then in ST go to + sign in upper right corner, add device, partner devices, & choose Meross
