[ST Edge] incorrect printing of Attribute ReportingConfiguration

minimum_reporting_interval is printed twice for AttributeReportingConfiguration

It seems that maximum_reporting_interval has incorrect name when created

This issue was already reported, but it will be fixed in a future firmware release.

In Beta firmware 40.0006 is already fixed
