Trying this in 2026. I’ve tried everything and can’t get the ring v2 keypad to connect. Factory reset, exclusion, power cycling everything, deleting and reinstalling the driver. Tried these institutions to pair. [EDGE] Ring Alarm Keypad (2nd Gen) Edge Driver
No matter what my v3 hub can’t find it. I’m at my witts end with this thing. I can’t find it during the exclusion as well.
Any help please?
If it helps the error code is 32-302 when trying to add the keypad
