st connects and disconnects

need your help For a week my st disconnects and connects every few hours, I tried to do a soft reset, I tried to connect to wifi, nothing helps. I would appreciate ideas

which hub do you have?
how many Edge drivers are installed on your hub?
what country are you in?
have you observed the led color on the front of the hub during disconnects?
Have you opened a ticket with ST support?
