ST and Qolsys

I have IQ 1st Gen and I can’t seem to pair it with ST. I have been working on this for a few days and I am at a loss. It is an old security panel that suddenlink installed a few years back. Their service was horrible, but since the used the wired devices that were put in when my home was built, I was hoping to connect to the panel and access those devices…and even use the qolsys for alerts on the network.

Anyway, any help would be great.

If you have wired devices you can wire them to SmartThings with a project called Konnected. You can watch the video at their site to see if your system would meet the requirements.
