ST and Honeywell thermostats

To be fair, I don’t know if this is a ST or Honeywell problem.
I have two Honeywell Thermostats connected to ST. They’ve worked perfectly for 2-3 years. In the last month,every time I open ST, these thermostats show ‘offline.’ They show ‘online’ and I can access them through the Honeywell app, but ST can’t ‘find them,’ thus, automations don’t run. How do I get the thermostats online?

I would delete them from ST and then rerun the add a device by brand.

You may want to wait before doing anything at this time until the platform issues are resolved with Amazon AWS.
