On my quest to have everything (mostly) run locally is there a speaker that I can use with Smartthings to play sounds and music locally?
So right now I use Alexa and Spotify to play sounds ( dogs barking etc ) on away mode if certain triggers happen but hoping to do this locally so it’s not relying on Alexa and the internet.

Samsung’s own speaker doesn’t even run locally afaik
Really? Well that sucks. Doesn’t look good then. 
Sonos Speakers run Local (with the ST hub) BUT with those tasks and triggers, I doubt you could get everything to run local
Unless it had a sd card slot or something like that to play the music then I can’t see it working locally. Shame.
