Hi,
I have a problem with adding of the brand new Q990F soundbar to my Smart Things.
The bar connects to the WIFI, registers in my account (I can see its ID). I also can see its HW/FW details in OCF section but I can not manage it. It neither responds to any command nor publishes any statuses like source, Volume etc.
Also, bar’s card on my phone looks empty (no controls there).
How can I fix it?

Same here, I can see the soundbar in my devices, but when I open it up the loading takes a long time and then shows nothing. I’ve tried on multiple samsung phones and it’s the same problem. Were you ablr to resolve the issue? Samsung don’t make it easy to contact them.
After an hour and half with samsung support, we still couldn’t get it working in the smartthings app. Sent an error log to smartthings, so won’t hold my breath on a resolution
My q990f soundbar started to work in smartthings after I added it as a hub, from the add device screen
