I try to log in to alexa but it stay on loadingscreen. I had tried so many things but will not connect.

Are you trying to do the enrolling process from SmartThings App or from Samsung’s new Sound App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sec.android.av.samsungsound).
I’ve experienced issues a few months ago with my HW-990D sound bar Alexa integration and I then signed it off Alexa and when tried to re enroll it back again I got errors (used the SmartThings App). Then I tried out the new fancy Sound app et voila! It’s working.
