Hey all, my motorized blinds all of a sudden stopped working. I have removed all of the virtual nodes and base node. I am trying to factory reset Z-Wave and I get a message that says “Z-Wave Reset Fail” instructions say to repeat steps, however nothing changes. Does anyone know why this might be and how I can complete this?
Not entirely sure on that one. Possibly the z-wave module in it failed? I would call in to somfy to troubleshoot/warranty the unit.
