Issue resolved
Moving from Wink to ST on Amazon Echo.
Moved (10) smartbulbs to ST.
Disabled Wink Skill, Enabled ST skill. When I go to authorize, zero devices (and none when I discover new devices
Log out of ST and log back in and see if that works.
