I bought this thermostat brand new in November 2015 and used it for less than 6 mos. It is in excellent (like-new) cosmetic and working condition; absolutely no defects whatsoever. I am selling this one because I have 2 of these, and now only have one thermostat (HVAC unit) after moving into a new home. Comes with all original packaging and accessories as pictured. These units are very nice for controlling whole home humidifiers!
