Socket is unhealthy - Install of GE Switch

Hey everyone,

I installed a GE Z-Wave switch last night and noticed that within the app, it’s stating that “socket is unhealthy”. Everything works and from what I can tell, I believe everything is programmed correctly. Could it be the wiring or maybe a bad unit?
