You were flooding me every 30 secs, that’s why 
Vlad flagged this and we’re taking a look.
Same here at times in US. Intermittent.
Confirming an outage impacting mainly non-US phone numbers. The status page is updated to reflect that and we’ll update it again as we have more info.
Push notifications should be working but are understood to not be a replacement for SMS.
We identified the issue with our SMS service provider and corrected the issue. You should be receiving SMS notifications as expected again. Sorry about the downtime!
