I have two TVs. On Model UN44TU7000FXZA, The Remote and Routines work for every but Turn On. If the TV is On, everything else functions fine through SMartThings, even turning the TV Off. But when the TV is off, SmartThings will not turn the TV on, whether I try through remote control feature, or setting up a routine.
The other tv, UN43U8000FFXZA, works just fine all around. All functions through remote control feature and Routines work, including turning the TV On.
I have unininstalled and reinstalled the app, as well as remove and added the TV several times.
This issue is across all platforms, including Android, iPad, and PC.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
