Hi, I purchase a SmartThings V3 Hub (2018) from United Kingdom to use it in Italy but I have been having trouble to connect the Hub via the iPhone App.
Can anyone please advise how to resolve this. Please refer the pic below.

That doesn’t look like the right hub. Can you post a pic of the hub section of your app?
