I use Smartthings tv remote control since 2023 on a qled samsung tv. A couple of weeks ago is not available. The connection is made but the mobile screen stay black. The buttons and figures of the remote control do not appear. I use a A52s samsung mobile Android.
The TV device is added in smartthings and the on off button works well but when double click to go to the remote control screen stays black
