Is there anyway to show what time ST is using? Is this time from the servers or my local hub? I’m trying to troubleshoot scheduled event timing.
According to my log. Everything is UTC time.
Ok, I think everyone is experiencing some lag too. Probably a lot of new customers this month. I wish scheduled events were handled locally by the hub somehow.
Keep an eye on the ST announcements at CES. They’re moving more functionality to the hub with the next version of the hardware expected out soon.
Yeah, my house was a mess yesterday because of the lag from ST. I couldn’t even open the app. I blame it on the Y2K+5 bug.
I knew that would happen. Quite frustrating as I just bought my hub…
It’s a known problem, and is especially bad for events scheduled at popular times, such as on the hour in the evening. You can get a little improvement by moving scheduled events to sometime not on the hour.

I seem to be suffering worse than delays, my schedule this morning didn’t even execute.
My genetic apps from ST did work this morning but all my custom apps did not.
