Hi Team,
We are currently validating our SmartThings Schema integration with external field testers and have encountered an issue during the onboarding process.
We have tried both of the following approaches:

Approach 1 – Invite Members from SmartThings Console

- We invited third-party testers to our SmartThings organization using Invite Member, assigning them the required Developer/Admin roles.

- The testers successfully accepted the invitation and completed the account-linking flow.

- The testers were successfully added as organization members and are visible within the organization.

- However, after completing the account-linking process, no devices are displayed in the SmartThings application.

Approach 2 – Use Schema Invitations to Invite Others to Test the Integration

- We created a Schema invitation URL using the SmartThings CLI and shared it with the testers.

- The testers successfully accepted the invitation URL and completed the account-linking flow without any errors.

- However, after successful account linking, no devices are displayed in the SmartThings application.

- Since the account-linking process completes successfully in both approaches, we would like to understand whether there are any additional requirements for devices to become visible to invited testers.
Could you please help us understand:

Are there any known limitations or restrictions for invited members or third-party testers when using SmartThings Schema integrations?

Is there any additional configuration or permission required for invited members to view or access the devices?

Is there any difference in device access or visibility between members invited through the SmartThings Console and testers invited using Schema invitation URLs generated through the SmartThings CLI?
Any guidance on the expected onboarding flow or required configuration would be greatly appreciated.
