One occurred when I tried to factory reset (claims edison.zip signature cant be verified as others have mentioned).

It looks like others have been able to pull the edison.zip file, so maybe you can push their copy back.

Smartthings Running on Wink Relay

I was able to pull the edison.zip file from one of my working relays. For the working relay, cover up the light sensor and hold down the bottom button for about 1 min. It will click 3 times, and load up a pure android environment. Goto settings and enable developer mode. Turn on usb debugging. Make sure the relay is connected to WIFI and get the IP Address.
