Smartthings routine not showing

Hello dear community, my girlfriend and I share routines, qnd checking on my GF’s routines apparently is not showing sleep, when samsung health detects that you’re sleeping

My phone shows it, we both use samsung device and galaxy watches

Have you report this to Customer Support? This falls within their scope and it is important this gets further analysis.

What comes to mind, based on other cases I’ve seen, is that you need to check if the Samsung device was added to the location using your account or your girlfriend’s.
Although you share a location, I’ve seen issues in the past where a device doesn’t show all its settings if it wasn’t added by the account that wants to modify them.

To report this to Customer Support, you need to use your girlfried’s phone and follow these steps:

  1. Start recording the screen, then go to the Routine’s page
  2. Try to create a new one and enter the “SI”/“IF” section to define a condition so it gets recorded that she can’t see the option.
  3. Then, go to create a report as instructed below, just make sure the “Send app logs” is enabled.
