Just wondering, has anyone else noticed since the firmware update on the 24th that its no longer showing a power usage reading?

I think it still does and too frequently…

I don’t think it’s supposed to look like that, unless you have pollster polling it every 5 min. From my understanding it should only be updating when the the wattage changes.

@deano12, mine still works reports power usage.

You may want to try resetting the device and adding it back to see if things don’t improve.

If things dont improve ask support to double check you zigbee firmware and if it’s not the latest version have them push the update to you.

No pollster! Just the regular device type reporting. :frowning:

Just to let you all know - I re-paired the device last night and it now seems to be updating.

Not too sure what happened there.

Just thought I’d come back to this.

It turns out the socket failed to update again for the last 3 days in a row.

What I’ve been doing to fix it (and what seems to be the only way to fix it) is to unplug it from the main power socket and plug it back in again. Hear the click as it comes back on and then I check and the readings appear again.

Anyone got any thoughts? As having to unplug and plug it in every night seems a “Whats the point” kind of activity?
