SmartThings & New Phone - Connection problem

Hello,

recently I changed my mobile phone where I had my SmartThings registered. Now, even though I am logging into same account I can not control my Air Conditioners. I deleted the account, tried to re-do it, but it’s not working at all. It’s asking me for permission from the owner. The AC itself does not have any button on it, how can I reset it to factory settings?
