Hello, I have purchased a used V2 hub and the seller advises they have deleted from their account but it’s not detected when connected to my router. Light is solid green. I have factory reset the device twice and still can’t see it. Tried manual setup and of course I need the missing welcome code :confused: could someone please assist? SN:3000263087
