@jkp is correct, V1 Hub is no longer supported.
I’ll share here some of the information we have based on other people’s comments/reports.
- For V2 Hubs (not manufactured for over 7 years now). The brand new hubs that haven’t been opened/installed before, have firmware update issues because there were many changes in the platform and they are no longer able to connect to it.
- For V3 (Aeotec SmartThings Hub 1). There are certificate changes issues if they weren’t claimed before March 2025. However, there’s a workaround that has helped many people. (See this post)
- For Station Hub. It’s been useful for users but people that have many Zigbee devices have reported inconsistencies.
- For V4 (Aeotec SmartThings Hub 2). Since this is the newest version, there are no issues reported regarding the installation so far.
