Smartthings Hub Losing connection to locks

I have a simple setup: A Smartthings hub connected to 2 Schlage FE595 keypad door locks. The locks are on 2 separate doors in my warehouse, approximately 100 feet apart, with the hub attached to the ceiling in about the middle between the two doors/locks. This setup was installed 5 years ago, and had been trouble-free until about 3 months ago. Since then, randomly (once every hour or two) I will get a notification that one of the two locks has lost connection to the hub (“Door 1 is offline” ). Then, anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, I will get a notification “Door 1 is now online”. Sometimes it’s Door 1. Sometimes it’s Door 2. I thought maybe it was because of the distance between the locks and the hub, so I bought a range extender, which SEEMED to help at first, but not so much any more. Anyone have any ideas?

I have seen a couple of users post a similar experience since the recent hub firmware update. You should report it to ST support.
