Where can I find the Smarttings Find app?

I have ST Hub v2 and Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with ST app v 1.7.54.21.

Add a new smartapp and should be there

Strange, it is not in Smartapps.

I tried Uninstaller and reinstalling but still no dice.
