Hello,
I’m facing an issuse with SmartThings Enenrgy monitoring , no data recording from 04.07.2005 , 15 o’clock and looks like suddenly stopped . I have 7 devices grouped in 2 locations different ( 6 devices in one location, 1 in the other location ) .Devices belongs to different manufacturer like Samsung (tv, washer, dryer) , Tapo (smart plugs).
I have tried to restart conection, restart Phone ( samsung S24), no one worked
Phone is updated at last software version
Please help with this situation
