To my knowledge, SmartThings WiFi routers can’t do port blocking or block time servers, if that’s what we’re getting at to rule out of time sync issues. I’ll try on a different network where I have more control.
@nayelyz I am having similar issues as @clifster. I am having major issues with any Zigbee devices on my network. Most appear inactive, are not working, and while I seemingly can remove them i cannot re-add them to the hub. I have tried rebooting (and resting for 30 minutes) the hub with battery power disconnected, rebooting my phone and my SmartThings app, etc. I have enabled data access on my account. Please look into this for me.

Do you have a SmartThings Home Connect Hub type as well?
There are reports of devices not responding, but it seems that’s for V2 Hubs, here’s a post where the issue is reported:
Because this issue was about devices being deleted from the platform completely, not only offline.
