Hello, just wanted to let the community aware that this smarttag works with samsung snartthings/Find. It bluetooth based with no UWB. It work really well and powers by charging. Thanks for sharing that.

Just so everybody is clear on this, although the SmartThings app does work with generic android, iOS, and Samsung mobile devices, the Bluetooth features, including smartthings find, are only available on Samsung mobile devices. So this won’t work for you if you have a different brand of android phone or an iPhone.

They do include this information very deep in the technical specifications, but otherwise all of the product description just says “SmartThings,” but you also have to have the app running on a Samsung mobile device. 🤷🏻‍♂️
