I have one of the new model ST buttons that has issues. It was working fine but now will not work when pressed. Funny thing is that it still sends out the temperature reading at regular intervals. IDE site shows nothing when the button is pressed. Any ideas what is going on?
Try Removing and putting the battery back in. Others have reported this fixed various problems.
I’m having same issue with two buttons as of yesterday. Tried removing batteries and completely resetting the devices. No luck.
I was able to finally fix mine by forcing the hub to rebuild the zigbee routing table. You can do this by unplugging your hub (make sure you take the batteries out as well) for about 15 minutes.
Nothing else worked for me but that did.
