Smartthings app broken

Hi I would but doesn’t give me that option when I go in too contact us to send a error to them ?

You may want to try downloading a previous version of the app from an APK site.

Hi yes I tried that with no joy :relieved_face:

It’s not the issue of loging in it see my sound bar and just won’t connect to it anymore

1st screen it stays like that for ages then goes too 2nd screen and doesn’t add to my smartthings app :frowning:

Sorry, for Samsung devices it’s a little bit different:

Note:You still need to replicate the issue first

SmartThings App → Menu → Contact Us → Send Feedback
→ Tap on the Icon at the bottom-right to start
→ select the type of error which in this case is “Couldn’t add device”
→ select the device category
You will be redirected to the form to report the problem, so, add the details of the issue there as I mentioned above.

Did you contact the team using the instructions I provided? Did you get a ticket number?
Did you use the same email here to submit the report?
The team needs to have the initial context on what the Customer Support team investigated first, and continue from there.
