That would be useful, though I saw that quote a few drivers, e.g. Wemo and Sonos, are automatically installed by SmartThings whether you currently need them or not. See Why SmartThings has installed unnecessary Wemo etc drivers to my hubs - #10 by nayelyz
Those drivers will now show as red with no linked devices, but if you were to delete them then I read somewhere that they would be automatically reinstalled, which might be confusing for some.
