I have just installed a logitech Harmony Comanion to operate my home cinema sytem, I have added SmarTthings to devices and a smartthings plug is working fine and switches on my subwoofer .I have also have 4 Meross smart plugs that work in smartthings which show up in my harmony devices, but when i try to activate them harmony hub says “failed to receive state of device” so I cannot use any of the 4 plugs.
Any ideas
