Smartthing Hub open my kwikset lock when connection fails

This is a big problem. I get a message on my phone from the Smartthing hub saying “connection lost” and my doors unlock. I do not care if every once in a while the hub loses connection, but last night it unlocks my doors twice in the middle of the night. The hub does that about 3 to 4 times a week. Is that any way to stop the hub from unlocking my door when it loses connection?

Which Kwikset model do you have, so I can make sure I never get one of those? I have a Kwikset Smartcode 914 and never experienced something like that, however, I’ve read that others did in the past…

I’d contact ST support right away and let them know what’s happening. That’s not normal behavior.
