Hi. I am unable to control my Smarthings from any other network than the home wifi. I am using Smarthings App (android) . Any clues?
What device arr you connecting from (exact model matters) and ehat networks other than yout home wifi have you tried.

I am connecting from Samsung Note 10 with SmartThings app installed.
I was trying to connect from different wifi and from cellular network. Few times it connected from these networks, but 99% it didn’t.
Few months ago it was connecting without problem and I don’t think I made any changes since then.
Google home (integrated with my smarthings account) works fine from everywhere
