Hi guys!
Is there any chance to have SmartCam HD Pro connected to Smartthings and SmartCam app at the same time?
I had it connected only to SmarCam app, but few days ago I bought the Smartthings Starter Kit and I linked my SmartCam with it. Unfortunately the SmartCam app stopped detecting the camera and Smartthings does not give you the same range of options (unless I am doing something wrong) like motion detection, recording to SD card?
Any ideas?

Mine is connected to both apps, and always has been with no trouble - so if it’s not connecting to the SmartCam app now, you might try troubleshooting it or calling SmartCam support.
And yes, you are correct in that the Smartthings app has very limited capabilities for the SmartCam. Really just image capture in case of an alarm state and a few other things. As much as I don’t like the SmartCam app’s aesthetics, you need it to do anything significant with the cam.
